A quick tip for marketing moguls out there: Please! Do not involve race in any of your ad slogans or media. It will not end well.
Stay away from race or skin color references of any and all kinds.
We understand that a company may want to show its support towards diversity- and we get it. Honestly, we do.
However, instead of trying to make it blatantly obvious to the world, just dial it down a bit and leave some room for people to use their imagination to figure it out for themselves.
Diversity is a beautiful thing but leave it out of the schematics of your ads and you’ll be doing yourself a huge favor.
