  3. Independently Driven: Employees who have acquired this skill are able to lead themselves in order to accomplish their tasks. They are very aware of what they need to do and how they are going to get it done. They don’t need to be instructed twice. People with skills such as these give you the opportunity to turn your attention to other pressing matters within your company.
  4. Communicator: Communication is important within any organization. It helps to have people who are skilled with various methods of communication. This includes written and verbal communication. The interviewing process could include your inquiries as to what communication methods are preferred. Some individuals may be comfortable communicating through emails, while others are more comfortable with conversing. Choose the candidate that best matches the form of communication within your business.
